- Principal Employer has employed 20 or more workmen on any day during previous year as contract labour
- Contractor (Labour Supplier/Contractor) who employs twenty or more workmen in any day during last 12 Months.
- Some State have increased limit to 50 Workmen – Check State Page for Limit

- PAN Card of the Owner
- Aadhar Card of the Owner
- Contact Details (Mobile and Email ID)
- Proof of Address, which can be an Electricity Bill or Utility Bill of the premises (or Rent Agreement if the premises are rented)
- GST Registration Certificate
- PF (Provident Fund) Registration Certificate
- ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) or WC (Workmen’s Compensation) Policy
- For Partnership Firms, LLPs, Trusts, or Companies, the respective legal documents, Company PAN (& MoA – AoA), and Registration Certificate.”

- Copy of the Contract Agreement, Letter of Intent, or Letter of Commitment between the Principal Employer and the Contractor (For Contractor Application Only)
- Form III (also known as Form 3) of the Principal Employer (Form III or V as applicable) – (Contractor Application)
